All our puppies are so loveable but which one is right for you? You need to seriously think about a number of different factors before you choose a new puppy for your family. Think about your personality, where you live, the amount of exercise he/she will need, any allergies, the ages of your children, your commitment level and most importantly - your time. Your new addition is not an impulse buy, but a new member of your family who will love you for a lifetime.

Choosing the right puppy
The first step is to ask yourself a few questions about your situation and think about how the answers should influence the type of puppy you choose.
Are you or any of your family members allergic to any animals? If so, which hypo-allergenic breed do you have to choose from?
What size dog would you prefer?
What type of area do you live in? Suburb? Rural? City?
Do you live in a house? Town home? Condo?
What type of yard do you have?
Do you want an active dog?
Do you consider yourself very active/ active/ slightly active?
What type of house training methods are you interested in?
Have you owned a dog before? A puppy?
How much time can you spend with your new friend?
Finally, there will be initial financial expenses to cover before your new puppy is fully vaccinated/spayed or neutered, can you afford the additional expense?
